With over a decade of experience in the creative industries - including leading multi-million-pound media projects, TV productions, global tours, and bestselling book launches - Hayley brings a unique blend of strategy, creativity and heart to every project. She’s passionate about helping brands humanise their business, show up with confidence, and build meaningful connections through design and messaging.
David Ball
Operations & Marketing Manager
David is Hayley’s right-hand man, playing a vital role in keeping Orange Lamb running smoothly behind the scenes. With a diverse background spanning business ownership, the creative industries, and the performing arts - as a West End performer and talent manager - David brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the team. He’s passionate about staying ahead of marketing trends, crafting sales strategies that work, writing compelling copy that connects, and diving into analytics to uncover what really drives results.
